    i'm assuming L-bars are those ~1" tall jobbers that are impossible to slide over.. how the fuck do you get them off? i'm thinking a sledge with a long handle and good aim.
    :confused:

    skatestoppers come off with a fat chisel and a hammer or the aforementioned crowbar.

    on a side note: why do people put l-bars on their ledges when they look uglier than a fucked-up-from-skateboarding curb? i know skateboarders are a nuisance, but christ! L-bars really ugly-up the scenery.

    the first rail i grinded just got a bunch metal bars welded on them last weekend...there fucking impossible to get off. i was thinking of bringing my sawsall over there and fucking cut them off

    we used a hack saw and a angle grinder to get those little inch long 1/2inch wide rectangles they put on rails

    car bondo and metal slap magazine had a thing in it about car bondo to fix knobbed rails and also can patch up cracks and so forth with it

    They put some gigantic rocks on the ledges I skate...they only used epoxy so it ain't no thang.
