vinyl junkie Posted February 13, 2003 Share Posted February 13, 2003 i had a yamaha riva for like a week... a riva is probably the size of one of those little office refridgerators... fucking tiny and goofy lookin... i let this 12 year old kid ride it... he got pulled over... the thing hadn't been registered in 7 years, so the cop impounded it... i have a picture somewhere of the cop shaking his finger at me, i'm doubled over laughing, and behind us is this little scooter in chains, hauled up on the back of a tow truck... like they actually used the winch/lift that they use for cars... i only paid $20 for the thing, so it was no big loss... just quite a funny night...
