GucciCondom Posted May 18, 2004 Share Posted May 18, 2004 So I got an HP PSC 1350 all-in-one printer/scanner/fax/copy shit. Every feature of it works except for the scanner. I load the shit up in the scanner and the element under it moves like its getting ready and then on my computer I get an "error connecting with scanner." All the software has been installed and whatnot so I dunno what the fuck could be wrong? It may have to do with the other old ass all-in-one I had installed before but I don't know. Anyone know how I can fix this shit? Brand new fucking shit and it won't even work I'm heated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest WebsterUno Posted May 18, 2004 Share Posted May 18, 2004 you might need to clean out all the drivers and what not from the other scanner. do a search and clean out all the crap you installed for the other one. preferences and all. once youve done that, you might want to reinstall the new stuff, and restart. that might help.
