"that's a mint car you've got" cooter - used to describe good weed ie. "that dope is cooter". other variations - the coots, cootsters bogan - a heavy metal fan. generally dressed in a metallica t-shirt, tight jeans and usually sporting a mullet. boots - a variation on the word booty. ralph - vomit fred - a bong ie. "let's go have a few freds" goose - usually used when describing somebody stupid fully - used in a sentence to give emphasis to the statement ie. "that dope is fully cooter", or as a reply to somebody's statement ie. "i hooked up with this hot chick the other day" , "yeah, fully" the hams - heroin. used in a sentence to describe somebody on heroin ie.
