CNs arent becoming CV flats. Its just a semantic thing...the CN/CV/DWP flats are all the same thing, so I tend to refer to them all as CN flats. And we dont really get cryos out here...they just pass through town going to a neighbouring small city that happens to produce lots of potatoes.
