I use the edding ink on those short edding markers (white body, black and red cap in the flick) which at the time are my personal favorites. I'm deeply satisfied with the thickness ad the smoothness of the ink, but when it comes to how hard of a stainer it is i think its just like any regular permanent ink...quite strong, but buffable.
