do you have a pop3 account?

If so it may be due to relayed traffic on your webserver. The only way to shut that down (if it's the case) is to either not allow relays in your sendmail configuration or to set it to authenticate sender before relaying. Fucking with sendmail configuration isnt for the meek at heart so I'm guessing that if you cant figure out the problem, you probably shouldnt fuck with it.

Incidently, most hosts will terminate your hosting account if they catch you slipping like that and it goes reported.

Talk to the webmaster of the domain your email is running through.

thanks for taking the time raven, but I'm not that handy with computers. But I'm pretty sure that aol is not a pop3 account so I don't think that stuff applies to me. Hopefully it will stop on its own. thanks for the help.
