    i need to get my 2nd hand nokia phone un-restricted.

    any feedback?

    Take it to a dodgy market stall and get it unblocked. Thats how it works in London anyway.

    it depends if its a prepaid phone and you just want it to unlock it so it accepts other sims, its an easy process, you can either pay around $20 to one of those mentioned "dodgy market stalls" and have it unlocked....a lot of those stalls will sell you the CD rom program and cord that will fit into your computers usb. you can mess around will all comonets of the phone and upload data from your phone to your computer..

    however if you want to change the IME number, forget it....that is highly illegal..and no one will do it.
