Guest Dusty Lipschitz Posted August 26, 2004 Share Posted August 26, 2004 well, in december. my sis is moving to peru next week, so me and mom are going to visit her for 3 weeks in dec/jan. going to the galapagos islands for 10 days and then to the amazon for a week. then a few more days in peru and ecuador. my uncle's from ecuador. have fun down there amigosan. rental Posted August 27, 2004 Share Posted August 27, 2004 yes. when you go to peru, it can go from the second tallest mountain range in the world to the desert and ocean within two or three miles. peruvians have like a third more lung capacity than everyone else. and they chew coca on the regular like other folks drink coffee to deal with the elevation. im studying art of the americas at the moment, and we are focusing on the andies at the moment. take some pictures with llamas and alpacas! ill get extra credit probably!
