packin on pounds (in healthy ways)... help

    so yeah, ever since i started school a couple months back i never had time to eat until i got out wich was at around 2 30 but then i didnt get back home till about 4-4 30 so i lost a lot of weight and i want it back and more. the only good thing thats come out of it is im toned as fuck. but everything shrank (except my little soljah): my arms, my ass, my lats, etc etc... so if anyone knows good ways to put on some weight besides the obvious eating healthy and exercising help a brotha out....

    could try a suplement like creatine, or go on a high protein diet, lotsa roast beef and fish etc.

    eat steak... that'll get your protein up.
    skip the carbs, they only lead to fat.

    i dont think you should worry about it...get your eating habits back to normal if you can and your body will do the same

    yeah i had a friend who was tryin to pack on pounds, instead of having a roastbeef sandwich he would just bring a half pound of roastbeef for lunch and nothing else cept for a drink.

    if oyu excercise enough, it doesn't have to be healthy..

    turn those cheeseburgers into muscle..

    or start drinkin shakes..

    maybe i should bump up the recipe thread for some high protein meals..

    grilled tuna steaks with thai peanut dipping sauce?

    served with soy shakes? yuk..maybe not

    or a napolean for dessert..:eek: :eek:

    im with giving tree.....BEER. It sure as hell put a few pounds on my scrawny ass, now im a normal size.....but you really do have to excercise or something (skate,hike,snowboard, etc) so it doesnt just become a beer belly.

    yeah I wish beer didn't make me lazy...I got a beer belly now.
