Was it easy to use (i'm not the most computer literate person)? if you use this properly, its a very effective and quick way to rid your computer of any problems. its like taking a picture of ur hard drive, and whenever u need to reformat or something, u load up the ghost image, and it puts that image onto your harddrive, and presto! you got an insta-fixed computer did that make sense? I got hooked up through my dad with this charter school that had a computer program, so instead of cleaning animal shelter poop, I worked on computers.
