Poop Man Bob
I signed up for Netflix a few days ago, and, voila, my first set of movies arrived today - "Wit" for the lady, "Thirteen" for both of us, and the Spike Jonze music video collection for me. For those of you not in the know, here's a description of what Netflix is: Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) is the world's largest online DVD movie rental service offering more than two million members access to more than 35,000 titles. Our appeal and success are built on providing the most expansive selection of DVDs; an easy way to choose movies; and fast, free delivery. For $17.99 a month members rent as many DVDs as they want and keep them as long as they want, with three movies out at a time. Members enjoy free and fast delivery. Through our nationwide network of distribution centers we are able to provide more than 85 percent of our subscribers with delivery of their DVDs in about one business day, and we provide free, pre-paid return envelopes. With no commitments, members can cancel anytime. Our "no late fees, no due dates" online movie rental model has eliminated the hassle involved in choosing, renting and returning movies. If you didn't want to read that: $18/month gets you three movies out at a time. Return one and get the next movie that's in your queue. + + + + + So what's in your queue? I went kinda nuts the first night, so mine's long: Capturing the Friedmans Run Lola Run Trainspotting Mystic River Man on Fire City of God Dogtown and Z-boys The Office - Series 1, 2 Curb Your Enthusiasm - Season 1 The Manchurian Candidate The Family Guy - Vol. 2 Aqua Teen Hunger Force - Vol. 3 Being John Malkovich Adaptation SNL: Best of Chris Farley Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels Hoosiers Elephant Secretary Control Room American History X Monster Collateral Arrested Development - Season 1 Freaks and Geeks - complete series Shaun of the Dead Amores Perros Raising Arizona Bad Santa Fahrenheit 451 The Godfather I should get through that in about 2 years. Awesome.
