fuck , i have to think here , i have alot of computers....

2 dell optiplex gx240's both with 40 gig seagates , 1.7 gig p4s , 1 has 512 meg and the other has 394 in the RAM area. 24x cd burneres on both , soundblaster live soundcards , ati rage 128 pro video cards... pretty much stock nahimean. netbios names are ICEDTEA2 and mikro-p5.

now the frankensteins

i have 2 compaq deskpros. both are p2 (266 and 300 respectively) the 266 is a tower with a SCSI western digital hdd , and a shitty 4x scsi plexwriter cd-r. it also has a montego bay turtlle beach soundcard. and a seagate 40 gig ide hdd. netbios , ARCHENEMY

the other compaq is a non tower equivelent , but with a 300 mghz p2 as with the tower , (i forgot to mention it) it has 394 megs of ram. 2 seagate 40gig ide hdd's an 8 meg video card (generic) and a montego bay handling the sound.

netbios MIKRO-NEW

all machines currently run windows xp professional (and on the p2's it runs quite well.) the optiplex with 512 in memory is run through the aiwa stereo that i found , in near perfect condition in the trash (it has a 100 watt amp/speakers)

i also have a 100 meg net gear hub , some weird brand 10meg hub , and a standard issue dsl modem.

i also have a couple laptops , but im tired of being a nerd right now.

I put another 6Gig HD and another (I don't know the speed) CD-Rom drive in my comp this morning WOOO!!! Now I'm pushing a whopping 12Gigs. I also vacuumed the dust out of the heatsink on my processor.

tty0: Nice comps. :eyebrows:

mikro: Slackware is a distrobution of Linux, and x-windows is the windows-like interface that's commonly used on Linux systems.
