    Nas - Streets Disciple

Discussion started by GucciCondom - Jul 6, 2004

So he's dropping a new double-album called Street's Disciple. Anyone heard the new track Thiefs Theme? I think this shits banging. I hope this time he drops something nicer than God's Son. It would be good to have a new Nas classic drop for the summer. Anyone know the official release dates? I heard July 6th then I heard it was pushed back.

double album? Damn Sony are really sqeezing mad money out of him. Yeah I heard thief's theme, good production, generic Nas really. Nas is much better than Jay-Z. I don't think Jay-Z could ever come up with a concept for a song like 'poppa was a playa' or 'ny state of mind'. Man, fuck Jay-Z.

I'm pretty positive he already cut a track with Immortal Tech.... haven't heard any of the new stuff yet, though.

well 'regrets' samples 'the world is mine', that is so ironic its invalid and 'meet the parents' I haven't heard, whats that about?

All of jay-z's other songs just seem to be begging the audience for the only thing Jay-Z hasn't got which is respect from the (REAL) hip hop community. At the best of times this is pathetic, so everyday i thank Jesus Jay-Z gave up hip hop.
