Moving to Latin America?

villain

Recommended Posts

Since Canada is not being hospitable toward american refugees, how about Latin America?

I hear you can live like a king (or queen) down there for not much american money. I hear Brazil is nice. Argentina as well. I would be down with joining the Venezuelan military, since elitists are trying to take it over.

So whats up? Help me out yall.

Can we get a group together and throw in and buy a town or what?

VIVA CHAVEZ

as long as i can bring my guns down there

holler at me.

Word yo, I aint going nowhere without my guns.

And no it's not treason. There are plenty of non citizens in the US army. Why not?

Aight dog I just have to work out a few details like wtf the US army is going to do with me, learn spanish, get a passport, and see if they'll let us in. Other than that, I am so down to do this.

Hey those of you suggesting places, please get a little more detailed. You know like towns and neighborhoods, maybe what to bring, what to expect. You know shit like that.

VIVA CHAVEZ!

Hey anywhere in Latin America. Just trying to get a feel of the area.

Like I know some places in Central America are becoming the next hot vacation spots. I think Nicaragua is one of them. This would be a good time to invest in beach front property peoples.

But since I'm more concerned about saving the world I'm leaning toward Venezuela.

That's all for now folks!

well, I'm from Central America, and If I had to suggest where to go it would either be Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and maybe Guatemala (though Nicaraguan beer is better than thier shit). Cheapest to live on probably Nicaragua, not just that but right now were having a real estate boom so if your gonna move to Nicaragua, now would be a good time to do it for cheap.

"Kabaristan" LOL Now that's funny.

This is an interesting thread. If you want to go to a cool Latin American country that SPEAKS ENGLISH, go to Belize. Land is cheap, the people are cool, and their legal system is descended from English common law, just like the U.S., and not the Napoleanic Code, like Lousy-anna and the rest of Latin America.

Nice beaches, too. Tough to make a living, though. Open a bar that caters to Americans, then call me.

My friends from South America tell me that Brazil is the hot set up, but you need to speak Portugese.

Here's a little blast from the past:

American radicals Charles Horman and Frank Teruggi went to Chile as "tourists" to watch the Chilean socialist revolution blossom. They arrived just in time to see General Pinochet overthrow the Socialist government of Salvadore Allende, with the help of the CIA, of course.

The stuff on Horman and Frank is about halfway down the page. The U.S. Embassy finally found Frank's body bricked up in a wall with a bunch of murdered Chilean communists. They were tortured and murdered at National Stadium. Have a nice trip.

Hey, being a revolutionary is no fun unless it involves the possibility of a horrible death in some stinking ditch in a Third World shithole. That's what makes young people feel all brave and heroic. Otherwise, you might as well be holding forth on smashing imperialism at your local Starbucks.

Nothing takes the shine off revolution like malaria or yaws, not to mention gangrene. Shit, convince your girlfriend to go with you. She'll love the part about getting interrogated by the Policia Nacional naked and covered with urine. Hey, guy, when you cross that border, it's like a whole different country!
