    Now in our 9th year, Bboy Summit continues to be the major trendsetter of original BBoy and BGirl Hip-Hop culture since our inception in 1994. Never to be content with our success, Bboy Summit 2003 : Uprising will spring forth new, dynamic concepts in the dance, art and music of true Hip-Hop culture.

    On the agenda for Uprising:

    June 26th Uprising Theatre Experience
    USC Bing Theatre 7pm-11pm
    Building up to the competition, the Summit will hold a Theatre and Panel Day with special performances by top Bboy/Bgirl crews from the US and abroad. Performing theatrical pieces will be: Style Elements, Ground Zero Crew, Full Cirlce, Lil Boogz, Street Style Intl. Lockers, and Motion Sickness. For the first year, the Summit is extremely proud to bring the classic theatre element to the Hip-Hop masses. Opening with special Panel Platform Series Workshop discussing Hip-Hop Originals Dance Panel. This panel is designed to educate those interested in the dance forms of Bboying/Bgirling, Popping and Locking. Master Dance classes also available, schedule on www.bboysummit.com

    June 27th Uprising Hype
    1910 15th St. (cross street Alameda) 5pm-10pm
    Break Panel, Jumpoff Circles, Footwork Flava Competition, and an old school B-B-Q Banquet.

    June 28th Bboy Summit 2003: Uprising
    1024 S. Grand Ave. Downtown LA noon-9pm
    Bboy Summit 2003: Uprising at the Grand Avenue in Los Angeles begins. Features include Hip-Hop and Business Exploration Panel, Pros and Protégés Circle, Crew Battle Prelims, BGirl Tag-Team Prelims, Funk Fest Locking and Popping Prelims and Jam Sessions, Hip Hop Fashion Show, and the Infamous DJ/MC Talent Showcase representing whats hot on the streets.

    June 29th Bboy Summit 2003: Uprising
    1024 S. Grand Ave. Downtown LA noon-9pm
    Bboy Summit 2003: Uprising continues at the Grand Avenue in Los Angeles. Day 2 will feature: Hip-Hop and CrossRoads Panel: Who will be Hip-Hops Next Leaders?, Raw Circles, Crew Battle Finals, BGirl Tag Team Battles, Funk Fest Battles and Elite Circle, Battle of the Sexes (Turntablism, Bboy/ Bgirl, MC), MC Battle and special performances TBA.
