    DOMO is a strange creature born from an egg. One day he fell into Usajii's house, the old rabbit likes TV. After that he began to love watching TV. He is gentle and strong. When he is in a bad mood, he breaks wind.

    Domo-kun (roughly translated "Mr Thank You") is the mascot of Japanese television station NHK, which is sort of like PBS here in the U.S. Domo-kun appears in between shows in short little film clips, and thanks the audience for watching.
