seeking Posted October 2, 2002 Share Posted October 2, 2002 so for some reason, my computer wont download anything. anyone know why this might be, or how i might correct it? ive tried using 4 different browsers (ie, aol, netscape, mozilla) and they all do nothing. any ideas? serpent of the light Posted October 2, 2002 Share Posted October 2, 2002 well, your first problem is that you're using a mac, beyond that everything should fly just fine... i've been using osx for about a week now, its supposed to be sooo much better and all, i fucking hate it. its as bad as the previous mac OS's. seriously, just get a pc. seeking Posted October 2, 2002 Author Share Posted October 2, 2002 i can download fine in 9.2, just for some reason in x (10.2) it wont. no error message, it just doesnt open the download manager. i tried downloading shit off of versiontracker, aol.com, etc... none of it would work. i looked into the firewall shit, thinking that might be it, but im not running anything other than the standard firewall, and the security is set to 'low', so that cant be it... i tried to just download a 3rd party download manager, but well... it wouldnt download either (big fucking surprise there) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
