Im considering buying a Dell XPS lap top.

Its cheap- decent graphics card and its the only cheaper model (under $3000 CDN) that has 800mhz front side bus.

Anyone have one? Used it for making music and 3d art (one or the other)? Hows the performance?

I need a jack-off-all-trades portable computing machine for school (the 3d shit) and for my major hobbie (other than painting- arrr im a pirate)- making electro tunes.
