fermentor666
Live concerts are great, and trading live concerts aren't illegal. If you feel like it, post the live concerts or videos you have on your computer in this thread, and if people want them we can trade through yousendit.com or soulseek or AIM or whatever. MisPantalonesEstaEnfuega
going to shows is much more enjoyable. I never got into watching video of live bands other than the bad luck 13 videos but that is completely different. And when it comes to "hardcore" music the band has to be really fuck good for me to even consider listening to live tracks.

fermentor666
Obviously going to a live show is much more enjoyable, but who here will have the opportunity to see Jimi Hendrix live, go to Japan to see Autechre, or see Bad Religion in Madrid? There's lots of bands that I like that broke up years ago and the only way I'll get to experience them live is through a video or recording of a show. It's not as good as seeing them in person, but there's something to be said for live bootlegs.

fermentor666
It's pretty sick. The quality is good, probably because it's only beatboxing into mics and effects boxes. It's fucking wild, actually. They came around here and I wanted to see them but I had work and no one could cover. Next best thing.... It's just Waits and his piano and he talks a lot to the crowd and tells a couple of stories. It's worth listening to if you're into Tom Waits and want to hear what his shows were like at the beginning of his career when he was still playing tiny clubs and didn't have a band. Plus the rendition of "Better Off Without a Wife", "Ice Cream Man", and "The Heart of Saturday Night are devastating.

fermentor666
Yeah I like that CD, actually the quality on the bootleg is pretty good, I listened to it last night. It's crazy because there must be no more then 20 people in the club and it's Tom fuckin Waits. beardo: Hook it up with the Genesis bootleg, I haven't listened to them in years.
