legal question regarding printing graff photographs

    what are the legal technicalities of taking a picture of someones graffit and publishing it on a piece of paper then selling that paper?

    is it violating someones copyright?

    no i believe that it is not copyrighted at all...not officially at least

    no it isnt. the picture becomes its own art. i cant think of the correct way to explain this.. but you're in the clear.

    Change out graffiti with another more obvious crime such as murder...


    you can't copywrite a crime...

    Just take the dam flics you cant get arrested.
    How can you get sued the writer will be basically turning himself in, if hes reallywell known!
