    everyone loves the pitter patter of a freshly sprung leak. i really hope the rain intensifies, cus this is good stuff.

    fuckin-A it already got 'fixed' once last month...

    last time i had a leaky ceiling situation, the water made his way through the wall and when it dried a square foot of paint fell...not good

    dude, you should start pouring water into a courner on the floor, so it all starts flooding down into the crackheads apartment, so all of their stolen shit gets ruined, and you can just blame it on the rain. ;)

    pouring here too, but no leaks. i guess the technology they utilized back in 1864, coupled with the wooden nails that hold my house together, was really top notch.
