iloveboxcars
It's up to you when to quit and when to keep going. I tried quiting once for a love interest. The cravings never got to me.. what got to me was the sore as throat I had. I couldn't swallow anything. It was like strep throat but without the shot in the ass or the horse pills. alure
you already know what i'm going to say, because i've already told you. Quit smoking;] I actually quit smoking for someone, and i feel so much better. You already know the reasons why you should quit. Pick a time when there is less stress in your life, snack alot, chew gum, even get high. Even cutting down is a step;]
KaBar2
YES Quit smoking because it is the #1 killer in the U.S. 440,000 Americans a year croak because they smoked, and it is a SHITTY way to die. It takes forever, and it's very painful. DON'T SMOKE ANYTHING. Your lungs were not designed to inhale smoke. It ruins them.

Pick a time when there is less stress in your life, snack alot, chew gum, even get high. Even cutting down is a step;] i know, i know. i will quit. perhaps i'm not really ready. tweeds and alcohol make me want to smoke more cigs. something about the extra buzz it gives me. i think, for my birthday, i'll ask my folks to get me some more weights and then attempt to quit. either that or i'll break another bone and get percodans again. that helped. kabar: i hear ya, man. there is always heroin for whenever i get cancer...assuming i do keep smoking. that, and perhaps medical advances will allow for me to become some kind of cyborg. i haven't slept in over 20 hours now.
