scampone Posted June 20, 2001 Share Posted June 20, 2001 im friends with some of the guys that did the wall on campus and its not legal. they did it in broad daylight so when the campus police showed up they told them that it was an art project for the fine arts dept. they gave the police the name of the art director and the cops ran it. when it came back they discovered that the name given was in fact the art director name and left.
