Alright, you remember my pc/mac connection thread right?

Well I got that all worked out nice and dandy,

now iTunes acts like a fucking cocksucker with

all my files. I move them onto the mac, in my iTunes

music folder...iTunes doesnt fucking find them in my library..

so I find the files in the finder, and open them. What does

iTunes do...it fucking moves them to an unknown location.

So long story short, how the fuckin hell can I get my

iTunes library to actually show what fucking files I have?

I delete them, it still fucking shows them, and I add more

and it doesnt fucking show them...I cant get it to fucking show

them!

Im about this far ___ from throwing this fucking laptop out

the goddamn window.

Go to Preferences

Click Advanced

Your files are stored in the folder defined as "iTunes Music folder location"

Simple as that.

speaking of flying computers, my brother tried to take me out last night. I had set this Dell CPU on the top bunk and I sleep on the floor... well I got woken up by him falling off the bed and knocking the computer onto the floor too. And it landed right next to my head, that shit would've been no bueno. I hope this 2.4ghz dell still works... :)

iTunes is fine, you just need to import them into your library so it knows the music is there.

See, this is what I'm having trouble with.

Here's what I do;

Open a window on the mac of the album I want (ex.. Jedi mind Tricks - Psycho-Social) I open another window (iTunes>iTunes Music>Jedi Mind Tricks> then

I throw the new folder (Jedi mind Tricks - Psycho-Social) in there.

And it recognizes some of them, and recognizes that they're Jedi Mind tricks,

but not that they're on the Psycho-Social album.

So...any suggestions?

Thanks for the help so far
