    i went into settings control panel and couldnt find anything on my graphics card..and i dont have the information for this laptop

    i just kno the card is from ATI
    help a nigga out

    Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Display Adaptors

    alrite it says its an ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7000IGP

    i want to kno how many MB this is

    is it more than 32MB???

    i just loaded counterstrike condiiton zero onto my laptop and its choppy as fuck i think its the graphics


    where can i get a cheap Nvidia card at?

    You'll have to be quick, it should display the MB when your system boots up. Before the windows (or what have you) steez.

    Seems you can have anywhere from 16 - 128 MB of video RAM in their. If it's running choppy, I'm guessing you have 16-64 at the most. Could be dependent on your processer speed and the amount of regular RAM that you have, also.

    Laptop video cards generally do not perform as well as desktop cards, as the high-end desktop cards tend to need a lot of ventilation and are also power-hungry.


    iloveboxcars: I just got an ATI 9800 PRO to replace my NVIDIA ti4200, which had burnt out. I'm happy as hell with it, runs great.

    I don't think you can put a new video card into a laptop because it's integrated to the motherboard?

    Very few laptops can have video card upgraded you might just be assed out:eek:
