The other side of said tape, has a nicely recorded session with a college radio legend from around these parts. He was known as Spiderman. He passed away a few years back. I had kept the tape, and now Im glad I did, he was funny, and had a pretty good show. Its him doing an interview with Insomniac. The cuts on the tape are... 8 steps to perfection-Co Flow Halloween-Arsonists Survival of the Fetus-Non Prophets..(i think) Subcontents...and much more. I dubbed it because my homies song was played, but I didnt think Spiderman would pass when he did. Kinda like a lil gem for me. I still have it. True story: For a little while there I was hooked on the Christian Radio station AIR ONE becuse it was simply too funny. You couldn't ride in the car with me without listening to some good old christian ministry pumping through my speakers. "Satan will be doing the tango on the hot rocks of HELL for all eternaty while you will be crusising the streets of GOLD with Jesus!" Anyway it was the stations big charity month and they were accepting pledges for who knows whay atrocities and they were giving their number out right and left so naturally I gave them a call- a few hundred times. Within a week all the volunteers knew me by name, as "Gary" the troubled teen who was kicked out by his parents for being gay. They would page the pastor at home for me and I would leave long annoying messages for him. All the priests knew of me and they all gave me the same conservative advice. Then one day something happened. I can't figure out what but to this day I don't get radio reception in my car.
