    im trying to make a movie change clips to the beat of my song, like every beat the movie would fade out real fast and come back on the new clip, im kinda new to flash and well im puzzled:loopy:

    uh... that's gonna require some pretty tedious stuff... and it's not gonna work correctly on all computers because of differences in memory and connection speed...

    well, here's a cheap attempt that won't fly for really tight stuff, but...

    try figuring out the BPMs of the song, then make your frame rate a multiple of that number, then place 'events' at the ... uh... 'theoretical beat'... like if the song is 120BPM and your frame rate is 60 per second and you want something to happen on beat 24 of the song... well.. you do the math, but that's the equation...

    hmm yeah that would work im guessing but my beat goes from mellow to fast to mellow, i dunno ill give it a try or find a better beat... thank ya!
