Steve tell me about it. i feel like a broken record telling my story. but when i got pregnant i got toxemia which raised my blood pressure alot. im talkin about like 120/170. it was fucking crazy. And although its not as bad anymore i still am "supposed" to take meds. which i dont because i dont have insurance at the moment but my shit is still high. HBP runs in my family. My mom is very thin, but she still has it, so it's not nessesarily a weight issue.
Anyway -- do you smoke? quit that shit. Salty foods too. Eat stuff like oatmeal in the morning. i think garlic pills are supposed to be really good too..

i'm definitely going to start eating oatmeal in the mornings and i'll look into garlic pills.

Remove the stems and tops of the pablano peppers.
Remove all the seeds from the inside, unless you prefer it very spicy

    Preheat oven to 375
Lay peppers evenly over an oiled baking pan
Place in oven for 20 min., remove, flip peppers, place in oven for another 20 min.

*I don't have the recipe on me, but I remember it quite well since I had to cook it for 80 people over the weekend. I may be off on some of the measurements. Get at me if you really are curious.

drink lots of cranberry juice. Preferably the kind with splenda, so you don't drink too much sugar

    drink lots of green tea

    eat pho

    canned tuna

^^this all works fine, but then I fiend and spend $12 at McDonalds or BK or KFC, lol

Remove all bleached and processed flours and grains from your diet.

No more white bread, white rice, anything with white flours.

Eat small portions of wheat breads, brown rice, etc.

    Lean meats.
Stay away from red meats often because they contain higher levels of fats.
    Chicken is your best friend.

No transitive fats, they're the devil in a diet.
Cut calories to a healthy level.
Keep carbs clean, and early in the day.
Fruits are good snacks but dont OD, they contain sugars that can be stored if you havent had a decent intensive work out.
Fats in the form of triglycerides are ok. (theyre quick digesting and dont really store.)

Shift your meals toward the end of the day to more protein based (casein protein).

Thats basically what I follow and weight train 5 days a week, cardio 7 days a week.

If you cut your calories low enough (1500-1650) and be really strict on fats and keep carbs clean you can stand to lose 10lbs a week.

If at anytime you feel like youre catching a cold, you're not eating properly. You need to eat more.

Its basically based off your body's own metabolics. You gotta find how many calories are best for your needs, etc.

Also I highly suggest breaking your meals into 6 smaller meals a day. Reducing cravings and keeps your metabolism working at a constant HIGHER rate.

http://www.nutritiondata.com/ is a dope site for nutrional data on basically every thing you'll eat, fast food included.

but i really start eating at about 6 pm and don't stop until bed

i eat so much damn chocolate and junkfood
    but i'm feeling fantastic

being vegetarian allows me to pretty much eat anything else that i want.
i stay very healthy, i'm at the proper weight, and i know i don't look my age.
