nomadawhat
THere's a tv commercial for this? (probably that youtube link, but I'm at work)... I heard their commercial on the radio a gaggle of times..and all its says is that line pretty much... head on, apply directly to the forehead.. with out ever mentioning why you apply it to your fore head and what the hell its supposed to do.. its damn frustrating.... and annoying
Mainter
Active Ingredients: White Bryony (12X H.P.U.S. 0.01% - Pain Reliever**) Inactive Ingredients: Diazolidinyl Urea, Ethyl Alcohol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Menthol, Menthyl Lactate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Steareth 21, Tetrasodium EDTA, Triethanolamine, Water Alcohol to make it feel cool from quick evaporation, menthol for a more lingering cooling sensation, and a few droplets of some homeopathic headache remedy for those who believe in such things. The alcohol and menthol should at least give a nice topical cooling effect, although for the price of this little bitty Chapstick-size tube, you could get an 8-ounce jar of store-brand Mineral Ice. Compare the ingredients: Active Ingredients: Menthol (2%) Inactive Ingredients: Ammonium Hydroxide, Carbomer 934, Cupric Sulfate, FD&C Blue 1, Isopropyl Alcohol, Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Hydroxide, Thymol, Water I can vouch that the Mineral Ice, at least, produces a fairly long-lasting chilling effect, and is quite helpful on sore joints and muscles...so long as you don't mind smelling like a giant cough drop. One of the blurbs did say something about the cooling effect on the blood > vessels relieving pain, which I guess made a sort of sense, but then, wouldn't > any cooling (which I'm not sure about) constrict blood vessels and make it > worse?
