Guest FlamingHobo Posted November 15, 2002 Share Posted November 15, 2002 ok for 1)eat a full meal before you go out partying! 2)rotate some water in there or something that's not alchoholic at least once an hour 3)if you're drinking shit like jack and coke...make it diet man....anything low in sugar..sugar dehydrates your body with alchohol... 4)try to eat a little when you get home. 5)definitely drink a glass of water and to the tylenol/advil gig before you go to bed... hangovers are shitty...especially when you wake up next to some cub you just pounded all night.
