    habitual offender laws

Discussion started by Vanity - Nov 2, 2003

do you guys know what states have habitual offender laws?

i believe california has that shit where if you get busted for graff 3 times, it's gang related, and is like 5 years in prison???

i'd assume nyc would have em, and perhaps chicago, since they're evil w/ shit like that... and i think, in wisconsin, you get 2 years after your 3rd offense

as a teenager i was prosecuted with each hit up as a count..so they came at me with a couple hundred counts and i plea bargained for 36 guiltys which was a joint suspeneded sentence of 4.5 years. they twice tried to lock me up for a while over minor probation violations. i was sentenced for almost six months jail time. and that was in the mid 90's.

the nineties were no joke. Cali writers do time if you get hemmed on a name in the wrong county.
