I am not sure if it is just a current trend in Ny, but what is with this greaser revival.... I mean the fifities had its attractiviness to it, some good rock n roll and some dope rides.. But why does somebody want to ten-pounds of hairgrease in their hair...

One benifit of being a greaser is having this nifty comb:

another benifit is some good rockabilly bands coming out...

i went to a greaser/punk rock wedding (thats the best way to describe it i guess) of my girlfriends cousins a while back....had a silly good time....all the tanqueray i could drink, tattoos, formal wear and a live swing band....

    dont worry...
the rockabilly scene will be about as popular as the swing revival in a few months.
then it can all go back to the way it was before.

There are many greasers around my parts and where I go to school - they outnumber the punks: 10 to 4...

ITS FUNNY HOW SOME PUNKS AND SKINHEADS ARE LISTENING TO ROCKABILLY AND SHIT. OH WELL, SOME OF THE MUSIC IS GOOD AND ITS NOT A REVIVAL TO WORRY ABOUT (UNLIKE THE SWING, BEATNIK, AND HIPPIE REVIVAL).
