    get your slang on

    Discussion started by duh-rye-won - Mar 11, 2003

i am officially elminating all current slang/ hip-hop terminology from my vocabulary. well, maybe not all but most.

i'm completely fed up with phrases such as:

    "get your ---- on!"

"oh, woooord?" (not always, just when it's said really drawn out and annoying)

"yo, son" (those are fighting words in my book)

    "why you hatin?"

the list goes on and on... these phrases are starting to make me cringe every time i hear/read them. maybe its just because i have a friend who annoys the fuck out of me and overuses all the hip-hop talk. so from now on i'll be saying "what'S up" instead of "what up", nah mean? fuck. that one's annoying too... startiiiiiing, now.

    who's with me?
