Fucking "Free Web Cams" pop-up ad.

    Goddamn! Is anyone else constantly getting this pop-up ad that's impossible to close? There's no X in the upper right hand corner to close it ... plus you can't right click on the task bar and close it that way. Only thing I have figured out is to alt+ctrl+delete then "End Task."

    Any other way to deal with this? Can anyone firebomb the building that's housing the server? Pull out the fingernails of the chap that wrote the code?

    i think its ctrl+W that will close pop ups
    if not its the ctrl+alt+del method

    to stop it from coming up go to
    contol pane
    internet options
    deleted files
    put a check in offline content click ok
    deleting the temp data that is downloaded to your pc it is also called cookies
    the pop up add is a cookie on your system will come up until you delete the cookie

    is there anyway to prevent any sort of pop up ads from appearing at all? i get them all the time and it pisses me off sometimes...rant

    i was gonna make a post on this shit too. i think i downloaded some shit that has it encoded. Ctrl+w always works for me. i went into search on my computer and looked up eAcceleration. that's the file that was giving me pop ups.. delete that shit

    i just got a pop up for some cell phone antena booster bullshit right when i clicked on this thread, no delay, it came up right away...
