Does anyone on here know a good cheap insurance company that will take on a patient with history of chronic pain and pay for my oxycontin scripts? (i know some relatives who have had serious problems with the insurance compaines along these lines; not paying for scripts, treatment, ops, etc) try medicaid. Kaiser Permanente is good. but expensive. look for "open access plans" they have a lot less regulations (for example, no referrals, which would lead me to assume that every script you get doesn't have to go through an approval process ..you don't need that process for their specialists, after all) give a shot. ugh. now i really would like some oc of my own. i miss it. sometimes.:o Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Right, only grandmas experience pain severe enough to necessitate strong pain medication...:rolleyes: We're sure not leading the way, it's way easier for people to get the medication they need (or want) in most other countries.
