In Mrs. Russell's geometry class. I accidentally dropped my pen, and I was bored so I went to grab it as fast as I could. When I almost did a full flip in my seat I knew I was on to something. I started dropping my pen on purpose, and seeing how far I could go or what types of tricks I could do. If the teacher asked what I was doing I said "grabbing my pen." I realize that it's not an easy task. Sitting takes amazing athletic ability and discipline. The results are incredible. But freestyle sitting is a form of civil disobedience that can be practiced by the masses. Students can be free for periods at a time, only caring about how outrageous they can be. All with the simple alibi of finding their pen.
