    cheesy title aside, this movie is pretty good.

    i just saw it as part of the sound unseen tour (soundunseen.com ?)
    it's high quality enough so everything is clear, but low enough so that it's 'realer.'

    it has a pretty good mix of new and old cats, as well as a good mix of known and just cats on the street.

    of course, if you dont like freestyling or hiphop... it'll be wack.

    it also has some old last poets clips, supernat vs. juice, supernat vs. craig g, and biggie rippin some cat apart when he was 17, oh.. and some white cat all loc'ed out in tribal gear talking about his niggas. heh
