if you have any special methods to preparing your favorite meals, please let me know... i am especially interested in macoronni and cheese based items.

here's one of my latest vices....
    - mac and cheese (low budget brand ie: prince, shoprite), use very LITTLE milk, but LOTS of butter, add a few slices of munster cheese and stir until it is all melted. this adds a savory texture.

and this is for fat people?

do you want recipes that will make you stay fat?

from what i hear it is hard to lose weight..you lose alot of water before you lose the fat..i would really suggest to eat some tuna fish sandwiches and alot of chicken and veggie meals...

    2lb chicken
1-2 red or green bell peppers
    1 teaspoon garlic
    3 table spoons of sugar(optional)
    1/2onion(optional)
    some albertsons 99cent spinach"salad type"
teriyaki suace(try to find some in a oriental food store or be ghetto and go to albertsons)
pietro suace if you dont like th taste of teri

basically you chop the chicken up into 1inch cubes and let it marrinate in the suace for a while longer it marrinates the sweeter its gonna taste..(i would go for over night or about an hour of you massaging the suace in the chicken)oh put the sugar in the suace http://www.12ozprophet.com/ubb//smile.gif'>
chop up the bell peppers and leave some of the seeds if you like that seedy look to your foods"chop them up to your size of choice
i would recomend to chop that onion in fine small or to your liking
    same with the spinach

after you chick is done throw some cookin oil in (common sence amount)then the garlic then the chicken...let it cook!soft is OK but food poisoning is nooo good.
after you're sure chicken is done throw the rest in and let the veggies soften and soak up the juice about 5-10 min of the veggies

get a great bottle of wine for that alcoholic you have, throw the cuisine on some white jasmine rice ,kick back and watch some tae boe..
it is always good to get lots of exercise it is the best and fastest way to lose weight...lots of hardcore sex would be the ticket...offer your sweetheart a blowjob when he wants to get drunk...alcohol will always lead to fattness..

    enjoy

I bet some guy five bucks he couldn't eat a stick of butter, and he did it. He was gagging and turning green by the last bite, but he managed to pull it off.
