I actually watched the whole fuckin thing...its 30 minutes long...GREAT documentary. Shit like this needs to be shown more...

for you short-attention span dumbasses, I'll give a brief summary with some added comments...

It starts with an intro on the Vietnam War and namely the US use of napalm on civilians and shit. Theres some great footage of a little nekkid viet chick. Then they shown some footage of a US jet bombing a villiage with naplam. Its shot from the bottom of the plane, so it looks like your playing "Battlefield", that online PC game...

After 5 minutes, it moves to fallujah...lots of great grisly evil footage of soldiers kiiling children and shit. Wicked awesome.

Then they show this footage of charred bodies. Burnt alive. But their clothes, furniture, everything else is OK. They show dead cats and dogs. Burnt alive. Their skin melted, but their fur remains. More dead burnt melted oozing bubbling bodies. Women, children, insurgents clutching rosay beads (I guess muslims have a rosary bead thingy like catholics).

******spoilers ahead***********

So it turns out we use this chemical weapon over there in Iraq called "white phophorus" (sp?)

and they show some footage of American helicopters bombing Fallujah with it. Looks like fireworks.

So they get this US soldier explaining what it is. Its some chemical that reacts with water, air and cabon-based shit I think...namely skin. If it gets on you or if you breath it in, it causes some crazy chemical reaction in your body that feels like wicked burning, and you basically melt from the inside and shit...Real evil shit I guess...

And we use it in Iraq...

Then they get some liberal british bitch protesting against the shit. Real cukoo tart...It ends with footage of a US soldier using a scope to kill insurgents. You can hear his commander on the radio yelling "Over there, kill him, kill him!!!!!" Wicked awesome...

You shouldn't say I hate muslims. I don't hate Muslims. I'm just a pot-smoking hippy who listens to old jazz music and reads too much.

I'm against religion and the people who peddle that junk as "truth" in order to perpetuate ignorance, control others and maintain power. I'm especially against religions that use that religion to justify murder, hatred, sexism, racism, classism etc. etc. It seems like christianity, esp American christianity (I refer to Howard Bloom's work) and Islam fit that bill. but I don't be hating on them folks. Maybe pity, but not hatred...

that would be funny in a kind of post-modern ironic sense...but what does this have to do with the US use of phosphorus bombs???

Not much, really. WP munitions don't kill you any deader than a .22 pistol would. Dead is dead. When soldiers must take a fortified urban or built-up area, any weapons they have that will make it safer and quicker are considered a good thing. From the infantryman's point of view, the best way to take a city is to bomb it from the air till everybody and everything within it is deader than a canned mackeral. Then the infantry can stroll in without getting shot at and raise the flag over the tallest piece of rubble.

Its hard to listen to american officals talking about Iran tring to get nuclear energy( or weapons) when america is still using baned wepons. And yes I know america didn't sign the The United Nations Convention on Conventional Weapons (which it should since we do alot of talk about how people should not have banned weapons) but that does not mean that the american gov. is not full of shit. What if Iran didn't sign the nuclear nonproliferation treaty, does that give them justification to make nuclear weapons. But they did sign it and that does give them the right to use nuclear energy. I guess what I am tring to say is that this video is real fucked up and america fights in a unfair way (indiscriminate bombings, chemical weapons, subjigation of the population, night vision, satilite guided bombs ect.) against a largly unequiped resistence which leads those who they fight to use unfair tactics(indiscriminate bombings).

the military told everyone to get the fuck out before they invaded.

So by that logic Katrina victims all deserve what they got as well...people with no where to go and no money deserve to die.

different situation, alot of the people in hurricane katrina stayed because they grew complacent, they lived through the hurricanes with property and limbs intact and thought "hey, ill live through it again"

but in fallujah, theyre dropping flyers anouncing that united states marines are surrounding the city and are going to descend on it in search of insurgents, they should have gotten the hell out.

i know i would have

It's funny when that we can sit here from the comfort of our own homes in front of our little pc desks with a cold drink at our sides and weild our accusing fingers at situations we are as far removed from as Santa Claus is from Australia and say what we would or wouldn't do. The fact is , we have no idea what these people are going through in Iraq. These are peoples homes, lives, children living normal lives until one day, hey, Abdullah, look at what the the heat seeking missles did to our school.

I beg to differ. They are NOT living normal lives, they are living in a country where insane people blow themselves to pieces in public marketplaces, outside of Army recruiting stations, at police stations, at elementary schools and everywhere else. They are living in a country where 20% of the population supports all this insane murder, where police officers kiss their wives and families goodbye every morning, fully expecting to get killed on duty. Where soldiers are considered fair game while they stand in line at a military recruiting station trying to enlist so that they can replace the Americans and the Americans can GO HOME. It is far from normal, even for a fucked up Third World shithole like Iraq.

I would have gotten my family out of Fallujah even if I had to walk twenty miles waving a white flag. Those that stayed suffered terribly from existing in the same impact area as the "insurgents." Hundreds of thousands of people evacuated. When the battle was over, they returned to a city that was severely damaged. The crazy thing is that the Marines then withdrew from the city, and it filled up with insurgents again. Man, these are people who just don't understand. "If you let insurgents move into your city, the Marines will come back and blow their asses all to shit AGAIN." From the Marine Corps point of view, Fallujah was a "target-rich environment." ("Oooh-rah, get some.") The most difficult part is finding them. Once you've got them located, servicing the target isn't all that difficult. Call in artillery, or helicopter gunships, or fixed wing air support. Boom boom boom. "Next!"

This thread is why I still stop by this site from time to time, to remind myself how completely idiotic and detached from reality so many people are in our country. Sometimes, I forget.

I find it funny that the source for the US using chemical weapons in Fallujah is an "Islamic website posting", which is of course the most objective source. Also, the seemingly disenfranchised Marine. With the fact that I find it hard to believe that a fatbody with his cheesy 70's porn-esque goatee was kicking in doors recently, he strikes me as another ssgt. Jim Massey. Hes the guy who wrote in several well known publications about his journey in Iraq, killing civilians and whatnot. That is until one of these mainstream "respected" publications had the zany idea of actually corroborating the story, where they found out the guy was a fraud.

Fallujah's civilians had evac'd weeks before the Marines came in, as well as the brave resistance leader Abu Musbab Al Zarqawi, who wasn't ready just yet for martyrdom. The attack on the city was also a ground assault.

Its unfortunate the claims in that clip weren't true, because if we just fucking leveled the city with napalm, nuclear weapons, donkeys strapped with TNT, and all those other terrible contraptions of US imperialism, several Marines and soldiers would not be dead today.

how is that hard im not comprehending that part, i know im just sitting here in the comfort of my home or what not and anyone can say shit like that but unless you were completely oblivious to who the fuck was surrounding your city then theres no reason to leave unless you think you can ride it out or some shit like that.

Maybe they thought it was gonna be just that "marines are going to descend on it in search of insurgents". Maybe they thought they had nothing to worry about and didn't expect us to just anihalate everybody in sight.

Isn't that what has been going down durring the whole war? Door to door serches and shit? maybe that's what they expected.

Also maybe they were regular poor folk that had no way of leaving. What the fuck they supposed to do just walk out into the desert and feed themselves to the vultures?
