get a fire extinguisher and a big conatiner of bucket paint. turn the extinguisher upside down and squeeze the handle, the extinguigher will suck the paint in. it has to be empty though.

don't bother with exinguishers- get a garden sprayer with a pump. home depot has what you need- it's about as portable as an extnguisher (i.e., not very) and can be used for other things as well. thin the paint that you plan to use way down so it won't clog the aperatue- try water based enamels, and check to see what's in it since that shit is gonna go everywhere, including all over you, and you don't want to get burnt. some sprayers have adjustable aperatures (nozzles)and you can either do streams or rotate the fan 90 degrees. this is one gnarly ass way to paint, and the novelty will probably wear out fairly quickly...but, damn, it looks cool. let me know how it goes.

however, if you're set on extinguishers, the old style chrome ones sometimes have a schraeder valve (think innertubes) and you can use a bike pump to pressurize it. i'd opt for the above, though. good luck.
