I will support the demonstration on the first day of the next administration - January 20, 2005 - in Washington DC either by attending or doing what I can to help.

I'll be there, but ANSWER is the dumbest organization ever. Remember: war is not the answer. Neither is ANSWER.

Basically they're the catch-all organization for every single ridiculously left wing group out there. They ran those huge rallies in DC in '02 and had the worst speakers on the planet (besides jesse jackson and chumbawamba. they were good).

It was all "free mumia! free leonard peltier! free the west memphis three! fight racism! and by the way, no blood for oil." Also, the woman who was doing the call and response chanting had a ridiculously shrill voice and no rhythm. I'll tell you more later, I've got to work on some shit right now.

here it's the IS (international socialists) that always seem
to tack their message on to everyone's protest.

nurses protesting for union rights? Let's toss a 'Smash the State' in there for fun.

Basically ANSWER thinks that if they have a little rally and they hold a few signs and do the same chants that have been around since Seattle, that they're really doing something. And the leader of ANSWER, Ramsey Clarke is the lawyer for Slobodan Milosevic, which I hope you don't need to be schooled on why this is fucked up.www.counter-inaugural.org
