SWX1994
Well not really for Europe writers only, but for anyone with even vaguely accurate information: Looking through some old fliks I found a stack of Euro trains from the late 1980s. Most look like there from The Netherlands and England. does anyone know what was the European country to have their trains ravished by writers. And who was the first writer(s) to hit trains in Europe? This is not scientific research or anything. Its merely to satistfy my own curiousity. Thanks in Advance

SWX1994
i know who and where the fliks i have are from (thats broken english) i was wanting to know some names dates and locations of some of the first euro trains. most of the ones i have are by rhyme, oasis in london. in holland i have fliks by sure, eras, and a couple others. im too lazy to look ofr them again and scanning is just out of the question. someone said that phase 2 streetcar in london (i think) may have been the first. Guest imported_b0b
I think the first countires would be the UK, Holland, Germany (that's my assumption though). I know trains were getting done in 1984 in London and there are rumours that visiting Americans did them even earlier than that. Who this was all by I don't know. cpickle
germany 1985 i rode the trains all around Munich for two weeks in May of 1985, and saw exactly *one* bomb in orange on a bridge... that was about all the graff i saw anywhere at the time. not even window scribes. i guess things might have changed a bit in these almost 20 years... Reading interviews with London writers a lot of them mention "Spray Saint" being one of the first..Skam mentions in an interview tags on streets in 78/79. Guest imported_Europe
There is an excellent little 12oz thread here http://www.12ozprophet.com/forum/showthrea...&threadid=54508 with oldschool euro-trains. Would be nice with some additions to it... Most western europeans cities had their trains hit for the first time in 1984...
