hey, im looking for a site that may contain more info about this animated film. I remember seeing Heavy Metal, or parts of it way back in the day, but i never saw it from start to finish, nor did i know what in the hell was happening. Then a few years later I saw adds for Heavy Metal 2000 i think it was. I was wondering if any of you 12ozers know this movie's site, or have any info of the story or history of it.....

I have seen it a few times and I have been meaning to pick it up but it did have one of the best quotes I have ever heard in it "the key to driving fucked up is to not move your hands like your fucked up".....CRASH

Check your local video rental chain. If they don't have it one of their other stores should.

LENS is on point, Heavy Metal 2000 was fucking crap. Heavy Metal, on the other hand, from the 70s, was beyond awesome.

I thought Heavy Metal 2000 was decent, but of course, it is not nearly as good as the original. I have it on VHS, but should upgrade to DVD soon.
