Guest BROWNer Posted July 7, 2003 Share Posted July 7, 2003 you can do at least light research and let your friends and family know, present them with the info and let them decide if its worth anything. the more people that know the better. knowledge is the key, learn the issues and the candidates, vote.. there's lots that can be done, it may not amount to much initially but... i think it's high time these dudes explained themselves to the public they(are supposed to) serve in a serious mainstream forum, but if nobody knows about this shit in the first place nothing will ever happen. the pros far outweight the cons. Near the end of the program i started to wonder why we really went to war with iraq. We didn't go there for the oil but it seems that with Bush Sr. and Jr. both involved with the group, we may have gone to war so that the carlyle group can make even more money investing in the rebuilding process of the country. The other thing that shocked me was that Frank Carlucci implemented government policies while he worked for the government to help him out when colin powell took over his position and he joined the carlyle group. The whole thing smells of shit and it's a big eye opener to see just how closely the bin laden family the bush family and the group are really in bed together. the main things that came to my mind really early were conflict of interest and disgust.
