I want to know what people think about this dude, English and American alike. Is he just being played ridiculously in London right now? What of it sneak? I only heard of him a few months ago and really wasn't into it. His delivery was just too weird, and I couldn't catch a lot of what he was saying...but he's growing on me. That Wiley - Who ate the pies shit was ok too.

This is a "new" video and the beat is bananas. It's like some acidy house shit, and I'm really feeling it. Plus look at the girls. That cabbie jawn is ridiculously hot.

that one song pilau hands was talking about

has a bangin beat.

the world may never know, but i prefer to think he's being serious.

that beat is good. it reminds me of people using nintendo sound effects and whatnot rightnow. it might be more of the party approach that i like about this song.

from what i've heard of garage, which is very little, i'm still luke warm on it, but i like the more bpm's. it reminds me of that era in american hip hop when house music and hip hop were kind of merging. some good stuff came out of that formula.

that streets guy...eh i don't know. everyone time i hear that "stand by me my apprentice, clench fists"...oh man

dizzee is one of the most innovative mc's around. his music is unlike anything.

when i first heard dizzee rascal's music a year ago my jaw dropped. his beats are sooo raw.

i saw him in concert recently, and he spit some of the sickest freestyles i have ever heard

i <3 dizzee

This is the reason I don’t rate him people go on about how fresh and innovative he is that’s just bull shit. There are a million kids across the UK doing the same thing listen to any pirated radio and you will know what I mean. dizzee is all right on one hand as he has paved the way for esky and grime to be more widely available and excepted.

as a result Wiley is pushing more stuff out and people like Plasticman & Slaughter Mobb are getting the respect they should of had a few years back

Dizee is heavy, and i like his beats.

"fix up" is a nice beat to juggle about with...

"hes just a rascal" is pretty good to.

but, there are 1000s of MCs coming out of london now who are heavier and better but Dizee is getting all the attention cos of the mercuary music prize (a load of twats deciding whats to be cool in music for the next year) he won.

either way...FIX UP!

horrible.

first off he's ugly as fuck, not that that matters, but fuck, cant concentrate on the lyrics when his ugly ass is spitting rhymes looking like a belgium monkey on crack.

and then his sound is just to wierd, way overrated.

beats suck to.

tease said it... and i gotta back the kid up.

dizzee is wackness.

his beats sound like some broke talent goodwill clearance item.

not only that but his mic control sounds too rigid.

i seriously dont get the whole "grimey" sound. for real, it sounds like discounted garage. uk hip hop could use a daily dose of krunk, and try again.

Dizzy Rascal doin performances with Justin Timberlake and BEP?that can't be a good thing.

I reckon Dizzee is the best grime emcee so far, no one can touch his style IMO.

I Luv U

[Dizzee Rascal:]

Yo If that girl know's where you stay thats poor

some whore banging on your door what for

pregnant? what're you talking about this for

fifteen, she's underage thats raw

and against law 5 years or more

and she wants a score and half of a draw

some kind of friend that you try and ignore

that whore got you pinned down to the floor

but its your own fault you said three magic words (i love you)

when thats the one for the birds

when you said that she forgot other boys

its over you better start buying the toys

there was no intention in front of your wife

that she knows this that she's ending your life

its a real shame you got hacked by the whores

its a real shame that kid probably aint yours

[CHORUS]

[Dizzee Rascal:]

That girl' some bitch ya know

she keep calling my phone

she dont leave me alone

she just moan and groan

she just keep ringin me at home

these days i dont answer my phone

[Girl:]

That boy' some prick you kna'

all up in my hair

thinks that i care

keeps following me here

keeps following me there

these days i cant go no where

[Girl:]

Aint that your girl

[Dizzee:]

Nah it aint my girl

[Girl:]

I swear that's your girl

[Dizzee:]

Course it aint my girl

[Girl:]

She got juiced up

[Dizzee:]

oh well

[Girl:]

She got chatted up

[Dizzee:]

oh well!

I swear thats your man

[Girl:]

I aint got no man

[Dizzee:]

You was with that man

[Girl:]

He was just ANY man

[Dizzee:]

He got hotted up

[Girl:]

oh well

[Dizzee:]

He got whacked up

[Girl:]

oh well!

[Dizzee Rascal:]

alright, she's a bad girl ima buss doe

captain rusko with a crossbow

she came she got picked off yo

nah its not a love ting, get lost hoe

dizzy rascal come down like snow

with freezing cold flows like moscow

dumb hoe, get me upset, guns blow

bitch, you're not ready for skid row

leap low dizzy rascal dig low

big feet for the force with my big toe

i got no chaps, no chains not much doe

get juiced but you dont get love though

dont slap or you might get a ho-hoe

jambo coming through like rambo

love ting takes two like tango

but she aint my wifey she can go

[CHORUS]

[Dizzee Rascal:]

listen, i like your girl so you better look after your girl

or i might just take your girl and make your girl my girl

switch your girl with michelle

switch michelle with chantelle

play chantelle with shennele

lyrical clientelle but i aint a bow cat, i dont like the smell

im gonna go through a shell and make a boy feel unwell

that girl's from school, that girl's from college

that girl gives brains, that girl gives knowledge

that girl gives head, that girl gives shines

that girl gives bj's at all times

she looks decent, she looks fine

but dont talk about wifey she's not mine

she got batches, 6 in a line, believe me thats not a good sign

ting is, he isnt really UK hip hop.

more of a Uk garage style. A lot of americans never seem to get the differences, although they are there..

for some good uk hip hop, check: jehst, taskforce, rodney p, skitz etc/

most garage sounds really good. sticky is a genius when it comes to beats, among many others. shoot i have been even known to bump some so solid crew even though their blingin' rhymes are worse than americas mainstream hip hop talent... who cares about rings and things?

yea its not the garage rhymes i have trouble wit, its that uk grime style.

i'm just not feelin' it.

as far as uk hip hop, the only shit i have heard really is roots manuva's chocolate industries release and his work with chali tuna, so if you got some good uk tunes hook a brother up.
