Alright, so here's the skinny...

I'm on this HP Notebook.. it hold up, Free 8.2

gigs out of 20, whatever. That's not the deal.

I'm thinking about completely re-doing this entire

thing. I wanna take it all apart (if neccessary)

basically and re-design how the whole thing

looks. I'm guessing oil paints will probably be

the best bet as far as weathering goes (?)...

especially since I wanna put different letters

on the keys. What colors does one-shot come

in?

Anyone done anything like this?

I'd like to see pictures if you have.. if not,

fuck it, disregard and I'll figure it out...

on the FYI.. in regards to the DIY

one shot is enamel.. not oil..

and that sounds like a bad idea.

with an older laptop of mine i covered it with faux wood laminate i got from home depot.. you can even put it on the mouse finger pad and itll still work..

it looks the best if you also laminate your fone and all books you are carrying with the same laminate.. while rocking real tree.. and only real tree... hunting camoflague... except no subsitutes such as mossy oak.. or such hooplah.

Working with spray paint

Make sure you use thin, even coats of paint. To get thin, even coats with spray paint, place the cans in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. This thins the paint, allows it to atomize, and speeds up the drying time a little.
