    any local personalities. i just came home and i saw this dude on a bike with an 8 foot long stick. it looked like he was trying to "dismount" drivers from their cars like a knight. he almost suceeded with a motorcycle pizza delivery dude. funny as fuck. when i was in pensylvania, there was a local nut who held people at gunpoint for their garbage.
