The culture is amazing, the people are great, However poor people feed off tourist. Lots of muggings, and pickpocketing... .Also if you do get arrested in Mexico, chances are you are going spend a little time behind bars. Even for petty shit..... (or is it inca?) snorkel and swim with the fishies. for serious partying tho, you gotta go to cancun i think. food and drinks are mad cheap, you'll have a dope time. drugs are cheap too. taxi drivers at hotels are are usually dealers or there friends are. have fun. don't drink the water.
