constant throat phlegm

yea, i've got this thing where i'm always

hackin' up phlegm from the back of my throat...

it's disgusting...i'm assuming its a diet thing, and

i've heard it could be from eating dairy products

and cutting way back on dairy would get rid

of this disgusting problem....?

anyone no anything about this?

could be allergies.

is this all the time or did you get a cold recently?

eliminating dairy will help subdue it a bit. whenever I get a cold...I don't go anywhere near dairy products.

apparently there is some kind of virus going around. I've been sick for the last week and a half.

obvious questions...

do you smoke?

allergic to dust or pollen?

drinking heavily the night before?

or prehaps you have 'Chronic Sninusitus'

Where you're sinuses just keep dripping constantly.

I could be a dairy thing, but I'd look at other (airborn) factors first.

well i don't think i have allergies...

and i don't have a cold. i rarely drink,

but i do smoke herb alot lately.

but this is something i really noticed

in the last year, and it was happening

before that too....its been going on

for awhile.....

The 'erb is probably the cause.

There's some odd chemicals that end up in a hydro bath formula.

I'd say chill on the greens for a few days, then see what happens.

i think the self appointed doc may be right..i was reading this and it sounds like what happened to my friend well has happened a few times...and it ended up he slowed down on the wacky tobaccy and it chilled out..but it did a number on his cold...

Particulate Pollution

Pollen, smoking (anything), allergies and SMOG are the most likely culprits. I bet if you stop smoking and start taking an anti-allergy medication like Allegra it will disappear, or be greatly reduced.

yep, before the herb was mentioned this was to be my advice. chill for a couple of days, dust your apartment, drink lots of water and steer clear of the cow.

okay, well herb could be part of the problem,

but i go in phases where i smoke alot, then i chill

for months, so in that between down time i still

had it..my last place was dusty, but i don't live there

now, and this is something that i've had for

maybe a couple years, 3 max....so did i just acquire

an allergy? i'd rather not go on medication either.

oh no, i had a gut feeling that you could scarf down blocks of cheese at a time, and are the type that loads up cheese onto unorthodox cheesy dishes....

Brownowsky, better check that properly, go to a doctor(i know, i hate them to)...For many years i had this constant thing with my nose, cant really explain it, anyway..i wentto the dock and boom! chronic sinus infection, he gave me the medication, never took it and now i spit blood and eecky brown stuff everymorning..

I've had the same problem for like a week. I got a cold in June for some reason, doesn't seem to be going away. The only thing that's left now is the phlegm in my throat, taking away the taste of everything....

Oh, and smoking weed is not a good idea. Certainly hasn't helped me.....

so getting high while your sick is only going to make you sick for longer - but you already knew that

Its very possible it is allergies, but since is a graff related site, and you possible paint, the paint fumes can fuck you over, if you don't wear a mask, I suggest you do, otherwise your throat can remain damged.
